Your rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply

In plain English: when you place an order you are making us an offer to buy. A contract between you and Norvalia is only formed once we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a UK consumer.

1. About Norvalia

The website norvalia.shop is operated by Norvalia, an online retailer of garden cabins, garden seating arbours and wooden raised planters. Our business address is 74 North Western Street, Manchester M12 6DX, United Kingdom (correspondence address only – not a shop or showroom). You can contact us at contact@norvalia.shop or on +447552478089.

2. Using Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not introduce viruses or other harmful material, or try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system.

3. Product Information

We take care to make sure product descriptions, specifications, dimensions and images are accurate. Timber is a natural material, so small variations in colour, finish, grain or texture between products and photos are normal and are not defects.

Garden cabins, arbours and raised planters shown fully assembled in photos are normally supplied as flat-pack or panel kits for self-assembly, following the instructions included. All products we sell are new.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Norvalia is not currently VAT-registered, so the price shown at checkout is the final price you pay – there are no hidden fees and no delivery charges for UK addresses. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Placing and Accepting Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order before then if:

•        the item is out of stock or discontinued;

•        there is an obvious error in the price or description;

•        payment cannot be verified; or

•        we suspect fraud.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Cancelling Your Order

You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched by emailing contact@norvalia.shop with your order number. After dispatch, our Returns & Refund Policy applies.

7. Delivery

Delivery is covered in full by our Shipping Policy. In summary:

•        Standard delivery is free to every address in the United Kingdom, including the Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

•        Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (orders after 2:00 PM UK time are processed the next business day) and delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch – 3–7 business days in total.

•        Small items are sent by tracked parcel courier. Large garden buildings are delivered kerbside by our specialist pallet delivery partner, who will contact you to confirm your delivery day.

•        We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy: 30 days from delivery for any reason, free return shipping (prepaid label for small items, free collection for garden buildings) and refunds within 10 days to the original payment method. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

9. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, as explained in our Payment Policy. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

10. Our Liability

Where the law allows, our liability for any product bought from us is limited to the price you paid for that product. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including text, photographs, product descriptions, logos and the Norvalia name – is owned by or licensed to Norvalia. You may not copy, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Privacy and Cookies

Please read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy to understand how we collect and use your personal data.

13. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, courier or manufacturer strikes, pandemics, war or government action. If this affects your order, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
